The next session of the 2012-2013 Literature, Ideas & Society seminar, Animal Lives – Human Fears, will take place at the Warburg Institute in London on Wednesday 8 May at 17.15. The speakers will be Robert Mills (University College London): ‘The Sex Lives of Animals: A Medieval Perspective’; and Cecilia Muratori (Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München): ‘The Fly’s Happy Life: Scaliger and Cardano on the Animals’ Place in the World’.
